test

1. blurred action because you can see the movement happening. You could set the aperuture to a smaller setting or change the shutter speed slower. Stopped action or a really blurry shot.If you set the shutter speed really slow and had a large aperature.
2.in this case you could use a panning shot which would make the background blurry and is would put less focus on them. or put the camera on macro to get a closer shot.
3. you can blur the background or just get rid of it all together.

4.the setting that were most likely used was a fast shutter speed and little aperature.

his is where the concept of "White Balance" comes in. If we can tell the camera which object in the room is white and supposed to come out white in the picture, the camera can calculate the difference between the current colour temperature of that object and the correct colour temperature of a white object. And then shift all colours by that difference.

metering

Knowing how your digital camera meters light is critical for achieving consistent and accurate exposures. Metering is the brains behind how your camera determines the shutter speed and aperture, based on lighting conditions and ISO speed. Metering options often include partial, evaluative zone or matrix, center-weighted and spot metering. Each of these have subject lighting conditions for which they excel-- and for which they fail. Understanding these can improve one's photographic intuition for how a camera measures light.

rated R exposure

The "correct" exposure for a photograph is determined by the sensitivity of the medium used. For photographic film, sensitivity is referred to as film speed and is measured on a scale published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Faster film requires less exposure and has a higher ISO rating. Exposure is a combination of the length of time and the level of illumination received by the photosensitive material.
Metering-it is how much light gets into the shot and how much should be in it.

how to make a camera

If i were too make a Digital Camera using a CCD, i would use my design that is posted above. I would put thecard in a the pin hole camera in it, allowing no light in other than the pinhole. I would hook up the CCD to either another camera that i would make or a radio and have it read the caption.making this device would not be easy.
First off it would be extremely hard to wire the ccd to the digital camera. you would need a box that only let the light hit the card in the box. Changing the papers would not be too fun though.
